We received two complementary gifts upon arrival, which was really nice. The hotel is located near a shopping center and several restaurants so getting food was a breeze. One of the best things about the hotel was that they had a pool which was great for unwinding after work.

Our room was really noisy. Every time we moved on the bed it made a loud sound, and the air conditioning kept making noise every time it came on. We reported it to the front desk but felt like they did not take it seriously. It was a little hard to sleep because of how loud it was. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful night's rest.

The hotel staff was very friendly and provided great service during our stay. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the outdoor pool was a nice bonus on a hot day. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions.

Unfortunately, we experienced some maintenance issues during our stay. The elevator broke down and we were stuck for a short period of time. Also, the window in our room leaked during a rainstorm, causing some water damage on the walls. While these were minor inconveniences and did not significantly impact our overall experience, they were still worth mentioning.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. The hotel facilities were spotless, and we found everything we needed easily. We were also very pleased with the great breakfast provided each morning. Additionally, the location was perfect and allowed us easy access to various areas nearby.

Stayed here for Easter and had a great time! The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the free newspaper and refreshments in the lobby. The location was perfect, close to the interstate and community college. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the wifi was strong.

Had a few issues during our stay. The pipes were quite noisy, especially early in the morning, and the water in the shower was cold. Also, they accidentally charged two of my cards for the same room, which was frustrating. However, despite these issues, overall the stay was enjoyable and I would consider staying again.

This hotel offers a great location for conferences, with an impressive conference center right next door. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious, offering a perfect start to the day. Additionally, the views are breathtaking, providing a relaxing ambiance. For those looking for some fun, the hotel has a range of leisure facilities, like a pool and a gym, making it perfect for fitness enthusiasts or families.

The only downside is limited availability of room service, with restrictions on timings.

We stayed 5 nights and loved the very convenient location. Taco Bell, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Comfortable beds.

Hotel's waitress is one of the top employees! They had wonderful breakfast with good choice of items to choose from.

Staff was amazing and we appreciated our stay. Room was very clean. Moreover, there was a free WiFi. The place is 2.9 miles away from Kankakee downtown.

Located right off of the Interstate for an easy get away after a terrible night's stay.

Billed for extras after getting an invoice for $0.00 under the door the day of checkout. BAD POLICY! People hanging out in hallways without being guests. Guests being told to stay in room to avoid confrontation.

The shower curtain/rod needs to be fixed. The shower rod curves out, the tub doesn't, so the curtain won't stay in the tub and the water ends up on the floor. I'm sure you must have your fair share of ceiling leaks from the above floor. Breakfast- The food and variety was good, but the wait staff poor at best. Ordered waffles. Waited a long time (15 min.). Asked the waitress if we have to pick up the order, she said "no", she would get the order. She didn't, so we went up to the window, ordered the waffles she never ordered, then picked up the order ourselves. She never came back to our table and asked if there was anything else. She seemed quite occupied with "other" stuff and , no, there were not a lot of people there having breakfast.

We got stuck in the elevator, our faucet for the tub would not switch to a shower, the AC went out, they misled me from their picture on booking that I was getting 2 rooms (they gave me the wrong room), and they charge you an additional $25 dollars a night for incidentals AND $50 for incidentals on top of what you are already paying for the room. Nothing is stated about the additional $25 dollars anywhere at the front desk! It was a horrible experience!

The location of the hotel was good.

I arrived at 0100 AM Wednesday, Dec 24 thinking I had booked a Suite for my family since we were going to be there for 6 days. There were no Suites because they were reserved by a wedding party that was due that weekend. This was told to me by the person on duty. No wedding party showed and the Suites were not used. We asked again and ws told we could not upgrade. I explained to the clerk I was a Hilton Honors Member and a government employee along with a retired military member. At no time was I given any option to contact anyone or had anything explained but nothing was available. I do not know the process but if this is the way guest are treated I may have to fins another hotel chain to stay with. NOT HAPPY

Bath tub appeared to have mold around the rim. Shower head release for water did not work properly.
